This tour allows you to explore classic rivers including the Firehole, Gibbon, Gardiner, Lamar, Slough Creek, Madison, and Yellowstone River, providing an unforgettable day on the water. Pickup is available from lodgings within Yellowstone or nearby gateway towns such as Jackson, West Yellowstone, and Gardiner. For clients in Cody, meeting is at Fishing Bridge. Depending on your location, your guide will select the best fishing waters for the day, ensuring access to prime spots. All necessary equipment and fly selection are provided, though guests are welcome to bring personal gear. Before heading out, guides review safety and fishing techniques, including basic fly fishing theory and remedial instruction if needed.

Fishing is generally done via wading techniques, targeting native Yellowstone Cutthroat, Fine Spotted Snake River Cutthroat, Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, and occasionally Lake Trout. The full day experience includes 6-8 hours on the water with a break for a provided picnic lunch. Guides share insights into the local wildlife, flora, history, and geology, making this a rich and educational experience. Rain ponchos, snacks, water, boats, and all necessary equipment are included, while fishing licenses, fly purchases, and gratuities are not.
