Wilson's Walk/Wade • Full Day Tour

This guided walk-and-wade fishing experience meets at Emily’s Pond Parking Lot and offers a classic on-foot pursuit of Snake River Cutthroat Trout along the scenic banks of the Snake River, with the Teton Range as a constant backdrop. Walking quietly along the river’s edge with rod in hand, guests enjoy a more immersive and hands-on way to fish, often considered one of the most rewarding ways to spend a day on the water. Different rivers are selected throughout the season to ensure optimal conditions, with your guide confirming the exact location the day before the trip based on water levels and fishing quality.

From March through October, guests may fish a variety of renowned rivers including the Snake, New Fork, Yellowstone, Green, and Salt Rivers, depending on the time of year. All necessary fishing gear is provided, along with snacks and drinks, allowing guests to focus fully on the experience. Knowledgeable guides share their expertise on technique, river reading, and local ecology throughout the day. Guides will contact booked guests by phone the evening before the trip to confirm the meeting time and specific meeting location.
