Discover the world-renowned Dos Ojos cenote dive, an unforgettable underwater cavern tour conveniently departing from Cancun. Named ‘Two Eyes’ for its two distinct cavern entrances that resemble a pair of eyes, this natural wonder is a must-see for certified divers. Located south of Playa del Carmen and just north of Tulum, Dos Ojos boasts crystal-clear water with a maximum depth of 10 meters (33 feet) and a comfortable, year-round temperature of 25°C (77°F), creating ideal conditions for exploration. Plunge into a subterranean world the ancient Mayans revered as a sacred well. This 2-tank dive allows you to explore two unique caverns that start and end in the same place but offer entirely different experiences. You'll navigate through a mesmerizing landscape of intricate rock formations, surrounded by stunning stalactites and stalagmites that have been forming for nearly 7,000 years. Dos Ojos is part of one of the top ten longest underwater cave systems on Earth, connecting to over 28 different cenotes with more than 80 kilometers of discovered passages, with many areas still waiting to be explored. Your all-inclusive cenote diving adventure is designed for safety, comfort, and personalized attention. We limit our groups to a maximum of four divers per English-speaking instructor to ensure close supervision. The trip includes all scuba equipment, tanks, lamps, and underwater flashlights, so you can simply focus on the incredible sights. We also provide bottled water, along with breakfast and lunch to keep you energized throughout your 9-hour excursion. To join this incredible cavern dive, participants must be at least 10 years old and hold an Open Water Scuba Certification or higher. We make the logistics seamless with included transportation. Your day begins with a 6:00 AM pickup from our facility, and after your dive, we provide convenient drop-off directly to your hotel within the Cancun hotel zone. Prepare for an awe-inspiring journey into the heart of the Yucatan's hidden underwater ecosystem.

This is the kind of must do! Swim in a cenote is an amazing experience and the guided tours worth it.
Gary

This is a beautiful Cenote. I visited during a scuba diving excursion and was impressed with the park, and the cenote. Some really beautify diving, especially bat cave, which was one of the most beautiful dives. Bat cave has light coming through a hole in the cenote roof, creating a light column, lighting up the room above and below water. The water has a beautiful turquoise color when hit with the light. Great place to just swim for non-divers.

We visited Cenote Dos Ojos on a recommendation from a Tulum native. We chose the Dos Ojos guided tour for 800 pesos and it was well worth the money. Our guide Luis was really nice and the bat cave was awesome. The cenotes were beautiful and we even saw an albino bat. A great way to spend a half day Tulum.

To get to this place you need to travel bit into jungle but it is all worth your trip. Cenotes are beautiful and if you are a diver or decide to take snorkeling trip you will see underwater world of cenotes and a bat cave.
