Viva Mexico! invites young cooks to experience a fun and interactive culinary journey where they will create their very own Mexican feast. Participants will pair up and rotate through stations, learning to prepare a variety of dishes while chopping, grating, mixing, and assembling fresh ingredients. Guided by a professional chef, each dish is demonstrated before the participants begin, ensuring everyone gains confidence and enjoys hands-on learning in a lively and engaging environment.
Once the dishes are prepared, oven-baked items are handed to the chef for final cooking, and then it’s time to enjoy the delicious results of their efforts. The menu includes guacamole, cheesy beef quesadillas with salsa rosa, chicken fajitas, burritos, tacos, and mini churros chocolate empanadas. This workshop encourages teamwork, creativity, and a love for cooking while offering a memorable experience that young chefs can proudly share and savor.
