Intro To Handguns

Introduction to Handgun is a beginner-friendly course designed to build confidence, safety, and accuracy for anyone new to shooting or returning after a long break. This two-hour class is split evenly between classroom instruction and live range time, giving students a strong foundation before they step onto the range. During the classroom portion, participants will learn essential firearm safety rules, proper range etiquette, handgun anatomy, and the fundamentals of shooting. Key techniques such as stance, grip, sight alignment, breathing, and trigger control are explained clearly to ensure students feel prepared and comfortable. Participants are welcome to bring their own handgun or use one provided by the range.

The hands-on range session allows students to apply what they’ve learned under the guidance of top-notch trainers who focus on safety and personalized instruction. Students will have access to a selection of five handguns, ranging from subcompact to full-size models, along with 50 rounds of ammunition, targets, and eye and ear protection. This supportive learning environment is ideal for beginners looking to develop safe and effective shooting skills. Students must be 18 years or older, and those under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Punctuality is essential, as arriving on time ensures a safe and complete learning experience for everyone.
