Have just arrived in stellenbosch after a fab holiday in capetown & franschoek our previous accommodation was super however this accommodation in stellenbosch is appalling I feel so let down you should take it of ur list of hotels it is awful

We had the most positive experience with Trailfinders. Our agent was Barry and from the moment we walked into the office until a few days before our honeymoon we were looked after in the most professional way. Barry understood exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon and in the end we got exactly what we wanted and what we paid for. It was even better than we expected. Barry kept in touch and kept us updated. It was easy to change our booking or add extras. I was impressed with how quickly the team responded to emails, I never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back from anyone, no matter what time of day it was. The Viewtrail app is absolutely brilliant and the best thing for anyone who travels. We loved it from the start because it is so detailed and easy to use. Having the whole itinerary and everything else in one place was very handy. Special shout out to Barry again - he even rang a couple of days before we left to wish us well and reassure me that we could contact Trailfinders 24/7 (which I already knew as I had contacted them with several questions before). Booked an Alaskan cruise with Ciarán,he listened to everything we wanted & put a package together for us. Our trip was amazing and good value. Breffni from the Dublin office was our guiding light over the last year helping us book our honeymoon. Because of covid we had to make several fundamental changes over months. Breffni was the best person we could have dealt with for this. Not only was she absolutely on the ball, thinking of all sorts of logistics to consider such as the city closing down for Greek bank holidays, to finding us the best hotels with amazing facilities should the country go into lock down while we are there. On top of her absolute attention to detail and organising skills, she was also EXTREMELY lovely to deal with and by the end of it I felt as though we were old friends! She was so personable, friendly, considerate I could go on. We had an amazing honeymoon and it was all due to breffni and trailfinders. We will definitely be booking with them again
