What an amazing experience, swimming and diving with seals! Surprisingly warm and clear water, amazing rocks and kelp beds, with the so friendly seals made for a truly memorable adventure. Hanno was a very friendly guide who clearly loved sharing his extensive knowledge and experience with us. Every member of the group was made to feel included in the experience, regardless of previous experience or ability. The equipment provided was excellent. I will definitely be booking more trips with Freedive Northern Ireland, highly recommended!

Cave supping with Hanno from Freedive was an unforgettable adventure! The sea was choppy, which added to the thrill, but Hanno’s calm expertise and clear guidance made me feel safe every step of the way. Along the route he shared fascinating insights into the local geology and environment, which made the journey even more special. The equipment was top class and all provided — I arrived by motorbike with nothing and was fully kitted out. Paddling through dramatic rock outcrops, exploring hidden caves, and gliding into sheltered bays was simply breathtaking. The whole experience gave me a similar rush to motorcycling at speed — that feeling of being close to wild nature. Out of my comfort zone, in the best possible way, it was without doubt the highlight of my trip. If you want excitement with total peace of mind, this is the experience to book!

Fantastic afternoon with Hanno. He was really relaxed and cool with the boys (aged 16 and 14). Felt completely safe and secure with his guidance. He even improvised a bungee fix when Morgan's mask strap snapped. The landscape is fantastic and great to see from the sea. Lovely depth of water off the cliffs and mixture of kelp and sand with the associated fishes. Will definitely be back again.

Amazing experience! All equipment supplied such as wetsuit, goggles & snorkel. I'd recommend using Freedive NI's equipment as the wetsuit is a lot thicker than normal and we didn't feel the cold at all. Slight change to the meeting location which was communicated well in advance of us meeting and a location pin provided. I didn't know what to expect and was slightly reluctant when there was mention of scrambling down a cliff edge to get to the water. Hanno lead us down a well beaten path and guided us over the rocks to the water edge. He showed us how best to use the equipment and advised us on where best to jump in. Hanno guided us through caves, out into the open water and was always close by if anyone needed a hand. The sights were amazing! The water was so clear, seen a few different kinds of fish & seaweed. In the caves there were a few places to stop if anyone needed a rest. Hanno also brought a board along incase anyone got tired and needed a break. We must have been in the water about an hour & half, if not more. The experience was suitable for children as there was 3 kids in our group and they managed with no issues. I cant wait to get out again!
