On this tour, we venture to Los Arcos, which translates to "The Arches," one of the most famous and iconic sites in Puerto Vallarta. This personalized snorkeling excursion takes you to the Los Arcos Marine Reserve, a stunning three-rock formation located on the south side of the bay on the way to Mismaloya. It is an ideal activity for nature lovers and first-time visitors alike, offering the chance to explore the shallow reef and vibrant underwater world. Snorkel around the caves and encounter a variety of marine life, including angelfish, puffer fish, parrotfish, damselfish, and even moray eels, all thriving in the protected and pristine waters of the reserve.
Los Arcos is a designated protected area where anchoring and fishing are not allowed, ensuring the safety and abundance of marine species in the area. Your captain can customize the itinerary to accommodate the needs of your group, making it suitable for children and guests of all skill levels. Love the Arches at Los Arcos. Great place to sit and watch a show

The Arches of the Malecon, at the Amphitheater. The Arches are originally from Guadalajara, Mexico and were brought to Puerto Vallarta in 1970, on the occasion of a summit between President Richard Nixon and Mexican President Gustavo Ordaz

The four decorative stone arches, known as Los Arcos del Malecón, are a well-known landmark in Puerto Vallarta, often considered as recognizable as The Boy on the Seahorse statue. Originally brought from a Guadalajara hacienda in 1970 for a summit between Mexican President Gustavo Díaz Ordaz and U.S. President Richard Nixon, they were destroyed by Hurricane Kenna in 2002. A replica, commissioned by the municipal government of Zapopan and sculpted by Martín Distancia, was completed in December 2002. The arches are a popular cultural and artistic site, frequently used as a backdrop for performances and events along the Malecón.

Staff ate friendly courteous and efficient. All inclusive meals were ok and the Chef catered to my allergies. Rooms were comfortable, wifi was good, pools were very nice, views great and the sandy beach was great. An employee sets up the chairs and umbrellas. We recommend.
