If I could give this 0 stars I would, the food was inedible, the staff made repeated inappropriate comments about us over the microphone, and they told us we had to pay $60 more dollars after already spending $200 to even attend this monstrosity to ride horses to the waterfall which we were promised was included in the $200 we already paid. Everything was dirty including the snorkeling gear not that we even got to do that either because they 1. Asked for more money to do it (once again after being promised it was included) and 2. Brought us to the murkiest spot in the freaking ocean! The service was garbage the drinks from the “open bar” were straight juice if you can even call it that, it was more like tang with a splash of watered down tequila. Nothing was done on time, we were told we’d be back on land by 5pm sharp and didn’t get back until almost 7pm. This completely ruined the last day of our trip. Never ever ever again!

We literally had the best time on this tour! I’m so mind blown with some of these reviews DO NOT LET THESE SACRE YOU! Where do I start the staff from the beginning were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing fancy but it was good and got you through to lunch. The lunch was also very decent I personally recommend the fish which was really good! Someone mentioned it was the catch of the day so that would explain why it tasted fresh! It was literally an amazing environment the whole cruise! I came with my wife 8 and 1 year old and they also had a blast! Will definitely do this again when we’re in Vallarta!

We booked snorkeling at Los Arcos, Playa las Animas, and Quimixto. Tour was supposed to start at 10:10 but we didn’t end up leaving the pier until 12pm. We waited 2 hours in the sun waiting for the boat. Snorkeled at Los Arcos was not what was advertised we seen a total of 2 fishes. The water is not clear enough to even be able to snorkel. At Playa las Animas we were advertised that there would be horses to be able to ride in the beach but there were no horses. The water at Las Animas is beautiful. However when we arrived we went to get our lunch and food was disappointing and the staff took too long . The boat ride back didn’t leave at the time it was advertised. The staff on the boat were great.

We went whale watching for half a day. It was a no-frills experience in which the crew took excellent care of us. We got breakfast and open bar and a fruit snack in the 4 hours, and the crew was helpful and kind. The boat has plastic chairs and lots of room to move around if you need to do that. Bathrooms are present on board. It was a larger, two-story double hulled pontoon or cat boat, which meant that it didn't rock as much as a smaller vessel in the bay. Overall, I would say that this is good value for money.

The whole experience was super nice. The staff was very polite and attentive. We saw dolphins from the boat. There was a raffle and I won a bottle of tequila. It's a budget friendly cruise, don't expect five star food and amenities. However it's well worth the money.
