Review of OurBus trip (Boston → New York, November 1st) The trip went quite well overall — the bus arrived with only a 15-minute delay, which wasn’t a problem at all. The driver was very kind and friendly, always helpful and with a positive attitude that made the journey more pleasant and relaxed. There’s just one aspect that could use some improvement: the on-board restroom. During the ride, a passenger used it and for about half of the trip there was a very strong and unpleasant smell throughout the bus. It was probably due to the toilet system or ventilation not working properly, which made the air a bit hard to tolerate at times. The air conditioning could also be improved — it only worked for a few minutes every half hour instead of running continuously, which was noticeable during the warmer parts of the trip. Overall, though, it was a positive experience. The service is efficient, the driver truly deserves praise for his professionalism and kindness, and with a little investment in on-board comfort (especially the restroom and A/C), the service would be excellent.

My daughter needed to cancel her ticket and reschedule. She had an issue on the reschedule tool as it would not allow for a different arrival location and there were no other times left at her original location. I purchased a new ticket but I made an error in her e-mail address. I reached out via e-mail to Our Bus customer service. Bhaskar from their customer service responded quickly and refunded our original ticket and corrected the e-mail address and sent the new ticket to my daughter. She also reported the reschedule tool error so that could be fixed. She was extremely helpful.
