3.5 stars for the 3 day tour from Las Vegas to Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon & Antelope Canyon. The sights! That Antelope Canyon was included. Buffets value for money. Helpful Stops at grocery stores. Rooms had fridges and free buffet breakfast. Although 2nd hotel bfast was carb-heavy. Things I would change: -Bus driver wanted to earn $660 for a detour that costed $140 per bus and would've taken 20 mins to drive to. It felt like extortion. It shouldve been no more than $5-6 PER PERSON. -My hotel room night 2 (Rm 210) was in a complete state of disrepair. Others did not have the same complaint. -The tour guide, Walter, was regularly tempermental and short with people and often didn't give proper return times. We were also incorrectly told the servers make $4 an hour and how much to tip them due to it--they make state min wage before tips (7.25)--other states often pay less thsn their min wage to such workers. What was the reason for this deception? -Zion wasn't very impressive, especially from the bottom. I'd highly recommend replacing it with Horsehoe Bay. -Our guide at Antelope Canyon had an attitude and kept sternly rushing us, raising her voice. Half the pics she took for me were too bright bc she couldn't be bothered to adjust the brightness and told me as much. She even spoke poorly about the native guide ahead of her who sang. It was quite condescending. I wonder if she even likes doing the tours--I think she prefers the canyons for her own people, exclusively. To ask for tips after treating us like such a burden for an hour is bold. - Times in parks first 2 days felt rushed -It would've been nice to have the option of waterproof shoes/socks to cross the water at Zion. -Water given out would be a benefit -A few too many stops at souvenir stores (Five?) -Small kids under 4 allowed and ruined the first day by screaming for hours on the bus! Make it ADULTS ONLY or over 5 years old. -Several people had this complaint and it was huge issue when someone ubexplicably brought their 1.5 and 3 year old for a 3 day tour, and did nothing to calm or occupy them. -We were ejected out of seats day 2 by the guide and told we must keep the same seats everyday, which caused commotion and push-back That is an unfair rule to those who are at your last pickup but also should be explicitly stated either on your booking page for tje tour OR on day one before boarding. -I had 2 items stolen from me. Luckily it was just food! I still feel the potential is there to make it an excellent value for the money, provided the above issues are taken care of. I would take another Empire tour in a different state, hoping that these issues are wrinkled out.

All of our tour guides were EXCELLENT!!! They were very patient, kind, and considerate accommodating myself, my grandson, and mother that were with me. Henry is a FANTASTIC DRIVER & had my stroller ready and out at every stop without me asking! They all helped with our bags and they made our check-in EASY!!! I will book another tour for sure. I rate this tour a PLUS + 10

So fun!! I joined the Grand Canyon 3 days tour. Our tour leader Roberto is a professional and excellent guide. He would explain the surroundings as the bus goes by, remind us when there are scenery. He knew what he was doing and provided a great experience with us. My Chinese tour guide Susan is also wonderful. I am very grateful to have her as my guide. Whether it's the hike on Bryce canyon or Zion national park she gave us detailed background information and knowledges. I enjoyed chatting with her and loved her humors. She is passionate to assist and guide us. I am also satisfied with her photo taking skill! Our driver, Jose did a great job for delivering us to our destination. I didnt get carsick from any of those 3 days. He is nice and helped us with loading luggages. Always had a smile on his face. After all, i was a little disappointed by the hotels, the first one didn't have soap and the second one didn't have elevators. After a long day, these small things did irritate me. I still enjoyed this road trip and will recommend to my other friends.
