Cannot recommend this experience enough! Every aspect was phenomenal The ziplines are breathtaking and exhilarating. The tour guides were super fun and very funny. Nando and Edgar were the only two names I caught and they were an absolute blast, but all the guides were wonderful. The food is delicious and well priced. The swimming was a beautiful area and super fun. The animal sanctuary was also a highlight, getting to hold the toucan and monkeys was a fantastic experience. Again, could not recommend this experience enough!!

We had a great time! The staff was awesome. We had a boat tour across the bay from the port. Then a nice ride up the mountain into the jungle. Then the actual destination of Los Veranos. At the river in the mountains. Beautiful scenery and a great time. 19 zip lines over the river. Amazing views with a really good crew. So many good guys: Edgar, Pepe, Chica, Alexis, and more.

Safe, fun, and the best part is the end. TRANSPORTATION: We took a speedboat from our cruise ship, which was a unique and fun experience. We even got to stop and look at tunnels through some small islands. We had to walk a bit from the dock to the truck uphill, but that was fine. Truck ride was safe and comfortable. ORIENTATION: As they explained things, much of it was funny, but unfortunately (as I've found in much of Mexican culture) they were quite crude with sexual innuendos. I found it quite inappropriate for all the children in the audience. I wish they would take those parts out and keep it family friendly. ZIPLINES: So much fun! There's 19, but 2 were closed. They are fast and fun. After a few of them, guides were encouraging us to go upside-down. Such a blast! FOOD: We ordered a variety of food from the restaurant at the bottom, and it was all good. WATER SLIDES / RIVER: This was actually my family's favorite part, even more than the ziplines. The water slides are awesome! Fast and fun with just the right amount of risk. SERVICE: Everyone was very friendly, spoke good English, and made us feel safe. Highly recommend!

My son (12) and I booked the tour after doing some research online and we were not disappointed at all. We took the 'jungle bus' option (canopy with open side) for transportation rather than the speed boat. We got picked up in Zona Romantica and drove along the coast South of Puerto Vallarta and up the mountain to the small village of Las Juntas Y Los Veranos. The guiding team at Los Veranos was professional, friendly, efficient and fun. The zip lines were well set-up, safe, and a lot of fun to go down. There's some walking (mostly stairs) to do but nothing super strenuous and the timing between platforms was perfect (I've done zip lines before where a lot of time was spent waiting for one's turn). The resort (restaurant, animal area, bar, etc.) is very well kept and the river with the water slides is super fun and a welcome treat after the zip lines. I would definitely recommend and go back next time we visit.

We were 6 people: Two grandparents (70s), 3 mid-adults and 1 child (6). TRANSPORTATION: We opted for the speedboat because we were at Nuevo Vallarta and the land trip would have taken much longer. The boat ride was fun. The guide is quite the comedian and entertained us. On the way back, captain stopped for amazing pod of whales! Saved us the need to book a whale cruise. ZIP LINES: They were so fun! You hike/climb stairs to get up to them, so grandparents decided to take the short cut that by-passed the highest 5 or 6 lines (bad knees), but we LOVED the other 12. The six-year-old did all the stairs and all 19 ziplines. The crew was amazingly attentive, helpful, safety-oriented, and entertaining. PHOTOS: There are photographers who make their money by selling pictures. They do a great job. We tipped them separately because they did a tandem ride with each of us and helped us have fun (zipping upside down). FOOD: delicious!! SWIM: OK, cold KAYAK? didn't see any ANIMALS: intrestig

This is worth every dollar! First a crazy boat ride, then a trip through the jungle on a an open trailer, breath taking ziplines, amazing lunch by the river that we later got to swim in and to top it all we got to hold monkeys, tucáns and a lemur. The guides were so kind and made the experience that much more pleasant. Shout out to Luigi, Ramon, Eduardo, Edgar, Pepe, Moises and anyone else that was there!
Natalia

We have ziplined all over the world and this was by far the best experience. From the crew to the location to the amount of zip lines. Stellar!!! I would do it again.
Robyn

We did the boat version. It was awesome! Loved hanging out at the venue. Great for all ages.

Great tour. Fun zip lines with very helpful guides. Lunch (extra cost) was delicious . The kids (ages 12 & 13) had a great time. Enjoyed the animals and the water slides in the river. Nice variety.
