Incredible. Better than we expected. The pictures on their website and even here on Google don’t give it as much credit as it deserves. We were so surprised at how amazing these siblings were as a crisscross the river and have you higher up than any other zip line I have ever done.. More importantly, they don’t communicate how absolutely incredible the swimming hole is at the bottom in front of the restaurant. They have three really awesome slides that feed into a calm part of the river where my kids my wife and I had a ton of fun. The other thing they don’t portray well in these photos is how interactive the little zoo is that they have here. The woman who was handling the zoo was the most loving wonderful person. She came out and had the parents flying around the river and up onto the bridge landing on her arm and she let other people feed them. If you ask, she will take you in a private group to have a beautiful toucan sit on your arm and then gives you a little treat to feed the different types of monkeys they have. You go right into the cage and they crawl all over your shoulder and arm and eat out of little cups. One of the types of monkeys was absolutely hilarious looking and my kids said it looked like a miniature old man, but it was frantic and runs around and jumps like crazy. We are also allowed to hold this gigantic yellow snake. The kids had such a blast with how interactive the animals were. The food at the restaurant was not bad, but it wasn’t amazing and it’s priced for tourists but for the location on the water and having access to all these additional free amenities was priceless.

My third time visiting... But the first two times were as a teen ~25 and 23 years ago. Still super fun. The staff are funny, confident, and very competent, which is exactly what you want from an activity that has risk built in. I only did it again bc the sensory-seeking Kid was interested in doing it with Kid's older cousins. By the time we were geared up, others were scared and the Kid was all 🤘🤘the whole. Some fanciful folks went upside-down on some runs. There's at least a mile of up stairs hiking holding your heavy gear, so be prepared. In the 25 years they've added animals and slides in the river at the end.

This is an extremely fun tour made better by a warm friendly and funny staff. There is a great boat ride to start, we saw several dolphins and whales on the way. The crew got us geared up quickly, explained all of the safety procedures, and we started hiking up the mountain. There are 19 lines that start mild and get progressively longer, faster, and higher. This tour is family friendly. Note there are many stairs to climb between line, this is a good workout, come prepared.

We had a great time! The staff was awesome. We had a boat tour across the bay from the port. Then a nice ride up the mountain into the jungle. Then the actual destination of Los Veranos. At the river in the mountains. Beautiful scenery and a great time. 19 zip lines over the river. Amazing views with a really good crew. So many good guys: Edgar, Pepe, Chica, Alexis, and more.

Safe, fun, and the best part is the end. TRANSPORTATION: We took a speedboat from our cruise ship, which was a unique and fun experience. We even got to stop and look at tunnels through some small islands. We had to walk a bit from the dock to the truck uphill, but that was fine. Truck ride was safe and comfortable. ORIENTATION: As they explained things, much of it was funny, but unfortunately (as I've found in much of Mexican culture) they were quite crude with sexual innuendos. I found it quite inappropriate for all the children in the audience. I wish they would take those parts out and keep it family friendly. ZIPLINES: So much fun! There's 19, but 2 were closed. They are fast and fun. After a few of them, guides were encouraging us to go upside-down. Such a blast! FOOD: We ordered a variety of food from the restaurant at the bottom, and it was all good. WATER SLIDES / RIVER: This was actually my family's favorite part, even more than the ziplines. The water slides are awesome! Fast and fun with just the right amount of risk. SERVICE: Everyone was very friendly, spoke good English, and made us feel safe. Highly recommend!
