Along the way, we pause to take in the spectacular vistas that the mountain generously offers. Continuing uphill, we reach the Portes or Gates, a ridge split that marks our entry into the final stretch of the hike. Soon, we will walk the famous Immortal Ridge. With just a few more steps, we reach the summit plateau, conquering the highest point of the mountain at 2407 meters. From the top, panoramic views stretch across the horizon, leaving us in awe. After enjoying a refreshing picnic to recharge, we begin our descent.
