At our Craft & Sewing Café, you have the option to work independently. You can rent a table equipped with all necessary machines and tools, allowing you to focus fully on your projects without guidance. This option is more affordable than booking a table with instructor support. Our café is open five days a week, offering flexible hours to fit your schedule. Sewing machines are from Janome, typically the 230 DC digital hobby machine, while sergers are provided by Brother. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced maker, our space is designed to suit all skill levels.
From January, all workshops, courses, and lessons will take place at our Amsterdam West location at Van der Hoopstraat, offering a comfortable and inspiring environment for all participants. If you forget materials, many essentials are available for purchase in our store. Should your plans change, please notify us at least one day in advance to avoid losing your booking. Extended stays are possible if space permits, with additional charges for extra hours. Our team communicates in both Dutch and English, ensuring a welcoming experience for everyone.

I would really recommend this place. I arrived & there was an issue with my booking but the staff found me a remaining spot & let me stay there for my 2 phone calls I had to make. It was great customer service & I will return the next time i’m in AMS 🇳🇱

Horrible expirience. I ordered a coffee to get to work, but the barista had no idea how to make a coffee, even though they have nice beans. It was undrinkable. The admosphere was not so nice as it was empty and the barista had some of her friends over. So I decided to leave after an hour, even though I had booked for 2 hours. No refund, nothing. I will never come here again

I wish I could give this more stars as it’s a lovely space and the staff are great. Unfortunately, as a coworking space, it is terribly unreliable. The last four times in a handful of weeks that I have tried to work there it has been closed for private events. Truly frustrating when I’ve needed a space for a private meeting or a call or have arranged to meet someone there.

Open-plan and well lit with lots of desks and areas to work. Good coffee and options for quick lunch and snacks and a shop over the road. Tucked away from the road. Fast wifi and the place is well decorated with plants and comfortable seating. There are large tables for collaboration and private booths for meetings. It could benefit from a few more plug sockets and it can get cold

€25/day and some cool offers. The staff was so kind and even help me with an umbrella and it was pouring outside so that I could go out and get lunch. The area is not very loud. I had three meetings with product demos and I was able to complete them without any issues. I would definitely return to this working space. I would definitely return the areas surrounding. It is also also very library in case you want to get a drink right after work.
