During the encounter, guests are welcome to feed the animals and take photos, while touching is only permitted under staff supervision. Since animal participation is voluntary, encounters are not guaranteed, and refunds will be issued if an encounter cannot proceed as planned. Close-toed shoes are required for all participants, ensuring safety during interactions.
