Each encounter allows guests to observe, learn about, and engage with animals in a safe and educational setting. All proceeds from the encounters directly support animal care and conservation efforts around the globe, ensuring that your experience has a meaningful impact. Knowledgeable staff guide each interaction, providing insight into the animals’ behavior, habitats, and care while prioritizing the safety and well-being of both guests and animals.

During the encounter, guests are welcome to feed the animals and take photos, while touching is only permitted under staff supervision. Because animal participation is voluntary, encounters are not guaranteed, and refunds are provided if an encounter cannot proceed as planned. Close-toed shoes are required for all participants, and children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. This hands-on experience offers a memorable, educational, and impactful opportunity to engage with wildlife while supporting vital conservation initiatives.
