During the encounter, guests are welcome to feed the animals and take photos, while touching is only permitted under staff supervision. Because participation is voluntary, animal encounters are not guaranteed, and refunds will be provided if an encounter cannot proceed as planned. Close-toed shoes are required for all participants, and children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
