Outstanding Service at Cassidy Travel with Ainie ⸻ The booking process with Ainie, our Cruise Consultant from Cassidy Travel, was excellent from start to finish. As it was our first family cruise, we had plenty of questions and concerns, especially traveling with a disabled person, but Ainie was always on hand. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease, ensuring everything was arranged perfectly. Following this, Lauren and Caitlin were also incredibly supportive and always available to address any concerns we had – their help made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable right from the start. We had a fantastic time at Mac Seaside! There was so much to do for all ages, with plenty of activities running throughout the day, evening, and night. The food was of great quality and available at all times, so we never had to worry about going hungry. The shows were a brilliant bonus – the Michael Jackson show in particular was a real highlight! In the designated restaurant, our waiter Kareen was outstanding. He went above and beyond to cater for our very fussy 4-year-old, showing patience and care that really made a difference to our experience. Our housekeeper Jammes was equally amazing – always available, friendly, and very obliging. One of the major highlights was the children’s facilities. Being able to leave our child in such capable hands gave us peace of mind, and the youth workers, especially Kate, were fantastic. She kept the kids engaged with so many activities, and our little one loved every minute. The dress-up special nights were also great fun and created some wonderful memories. Checking in and boarding was smooth and stress-free, and there was always a wide variety of drinks available to suit everyone. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience – from the wonderful support during booking with Cassidy Travel to the fantastic time on board Mac Seaside. Friendly staff, great entertainment, excellent food, and brilliant facilities for both adults and children – we would definitely recommend and look forward to returning!
Bought the "category A" tickets for the Ireland south Africa game. Tickets were changed from from the premium 300€ tickets to tickets in the upper upper tier,which aren't worth that price. Not only that we were never notified of the ticket change due to "ticket allocations by world rugby" ,which we were never notified of. Overall the experience is a bit sour having essentially overpaid 700 for basic tickets, and the flight information being incorrect and being resent multiple times. No fault of the customer service reps in Stephens green as the tickets/flights were booked by the "sports department" but we're unable to reach them by phone any of the 5 times we went in to resolve this the last 2 weeks. Very poor experience from this "sports department".
