What a memorable trip! We realize we've also been extremely lucky with the weather. The views were breathtaking. We've been to places that you would in no other way normally be able to visit. Beautiful waterfalls, fjords & lush green mountains. This trip had it all! The communication with the organizer was excellent and everything was more than well prepared. We had proper meals and more than enough food & snacks. The kayaks and kayaking gear was of proper quality. To top it of - we had a phenomal guide (Alex). He has been kind, patient, was open to suggestions and was flexible with the planning. He adjusted well to the group and asked for input frequently. His experience made us also feel safe and at ease, he clearly understood what he was doing and was able to also give clear instructions.

Three years ago we spent two weeks on the fjords and coast of Norway with our son and his wife. Norway Adventures put the time and effort into designing a wonderful trip. Anne put together a fantastic, engaging customized tour off the beaten track through central Norway and down the west coast, traveling by train, private driver and boat. We encountered places and people we never would have found ourselves, who gave us insights into their Norway, its deep past and currently. The local guides were incredibly generous with their time, sharing their personal experiences and perspectives. The detailed daily itineraries (sometimes timed to the minute to ensure making ferry connections 😊) made our independent travel easy to negotiate without any hitches.
