Did the 2-day mountain skills 1 course with Ambrose around Laragh and had a phenomenal time. Learned so much about the fundamental principles of navigation, and then got to put it into practice with feedback. Would highly recommend to anyone who's interested in learning more about mountaineering or just wants an excuse to go hiking.

Ambrose was methodical and knowledgeable, ensuring that at each belay we discussed what we had just done and what we were planning to do. The day was extremely entertaining and well worth the money.
