Loud bass music to all hours of the night reverberating through the entire place despite being 3 floors up. Kids not sleeping as a result. Either kill the band playing to no one downstairs or sound proof your rooms!

Had a wonderful stay with my parents. Lift straight to our rooms which was great for my mother who needs a walker. Shower thankfully had a grab bar which gave her confidence if she got off balance. Beautifully maintained pools and garden. Even though I knew Bruce was a cartoon character, I still squealed, when I got to the end of the lap pool 😆

A beautiful place to stay. Great location right on the water, modern rooms, serviced daily. Gorgeous views of the ocean, the passage, and the Glasshouse Mountains. There's a good variety of restaurants very close to the hotel and a City Cave right across the road. We will absolutely stay here again!

Been there 7 times, but never again. Queried the counter staff last visit regarding changes to checking in times, and was suddenly confronted by a smarmy jumped up little boy who claimed to be the manager. We were accused of aggressively speaking to the front counter staff and causing her to feel threatened (something she herself admitted never happened). He refused to acknowledge our queries in some vain attempt to "protect" his staff member. You may have taught him how to manage the desk, but, as far as public relations, his lack of maturity and real life experience came charging to the fore. Sorry Rumba, your immature "manager" will ensure that your name will be mentioned whenever the opportunity presents itself. Of course, I will do so with more decorum than your ambassador achieved.

The view from our balcony was out of this world, breathtakingly beautiful. The room was nice, but getting a little tired around the edges. The main thing that let the room down was the standard of housekeeping was poor they didn't clean bathrooms or floors, basically just made the beds. I would have liked the bar to open more regularly and to be able to get snacks from the bar from 12 to 3pm everyday not just Fridays and saturdays it felt a bit of a wasted area.
