Spend an unforgettable day in Palermo learning the art of handmade Sicilian pasta. This immersive experience begins with a guided shopping tour through the vibrant Capo Market, where you’ll soak in the colors, aromas, and lively atmosphere while selecting the freshest local ingredients for your meal. You’ll discover the true essence of Sicilian cuisine — fresh, simple, and full of flavor — as you walk through the bustling market stalls with your guide, learning about local traditions and regional specialties.
After the market visit, head to the historic Palazzo Asmundo, an elegant 18th-century building that sets the perfect stage for your hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Patrizia, you’ll learn to make two types of traditional Sicilian pasta, Cavatelli and Busiate, prepared without eggs — just as locals have done for generations. Along with pasta, you’ll create a full Sicilian meal, complemented by local wine, cheese, olives, and homemade limoncello. At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared and receive a signed Certificate of Accomplishment to commemorate your authentic Sicilian culinary journey.

Sprezzatura is a great spot. Super close to Camden area, with a nice quieter atmosphere. They have gluten free pasta, and can adapt most of their dishes. This is my second time here, and both have been enjoyable. The staff are lovely and service has always been great.

They have 2 doors, the door on the right side is the entrance. Lovely atmosphere, but the music wasnt the best picks, the couple next to us said the same thing. Its not a deal breaker but something that affects the experience. It would be helpful to explain the QR codes and how ordering works as we were a little confused that we couldnt order online which is okay but an introduction with explanation of ordering would be fantastic! The good was amazing, we were worried the portions were going to be small but were pleasantlt surprised and the flavours were on point. The tiramisu was served on a smaller plate. It was very creamy and slightly dense compared to what Im used to and make at home, but it was delicious, Ill be experimenting to learn how to get yhe same texture. The staff were friendly and very respectful and kind. They were slightly eager to clear plates but doesnt affect me, just something to note. The QR codes are for the menu and to tip the servers. I found this slightly odd.

Great service, good food. Our waiter was helpful and attentive to our individual needs. The food was good, and had respectable portions. Great prices - our group of 12 only paid €300 for the whole meal, including appetizers, mains, and drinks. Calm ambience, amenable to large groups (with a reservation). Probably good for a quiet date night when there’s not usually a large group like ours. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice but quiet dinner outside of the core city center.

I got the fettuccine bolognaise with gluten free pasta. I am a spice averse individual and ensured I ordered food with no chilli icon, even the description doesn’t have the word “spices” in it. Despite this, the food I received was incredibly spicy, to the point where it was threatening to come back up. Had to down bouts of water. Also got the cured meat selection as a starter and as a very carnivorous individual who loves meat, it was good, really good. However, I wanted to get gelato as a place that advertises an “authentic Italian experience” should follow an authentic gelato recipe of milk, sugar and sometimes eggs. Yet it wasn’t gluten free meaning that there must be some kind of additive. None of their desserts are gluten free btw. Kinda disappointing because after a disappointing main I hoped the dessert would bring it back up. Service was great. Lovely staff, sadly the food doesn’t live up to the Insta hype. And it’s sad cos the first time I went it was a semi positive experience, however the food was lukewarm but still tasted good. I had some type of lamb pasta.

We went there for lunch during the week. We got the beef short rib ragu pappardelle both and the gnocchi nduja mascarpone. The pappardelle was really good, the tomato sauce was so flavourful and the pasta was al dente. The only negative comment would be that there was a bit of tendons chewy part stuck with the beef. Other than that it was delicious. The gnocchi were so well cooked it was as if it was melting in your mouth. And the nduja mascarpone sauce YUM 🤤 so creamy as well. Unfortunately I find it quite expensive and the portions were fine like you’ll probably want to either order a starter or a dessert. The atmosphere was nice however the sofa bench side was a bit dirty and the floor was grey sticky. But other than that the food was genuinely really good and handmade.
