Terrible agency. They resell the services of CASSI TURISMO (which is the worst and most false agency in Salvador). Don't trust them, stay away and above all don't go to Morro do Sao Paulo on a day tour if you don't want to make an 11 hour journey.
Não recomendo. O serviço prestado não condiz com o Ofertado. Vendem um serviço de Tranfer semi terrestre entre Salvador para Morro de São Paulo. No fim, utilizam-se de barcos públicos que custam muito barato. Te fazem ficar horas e horas em filas intermináveis, debaixo de sol, sem nenhuma priorização, nessa hora você percebe que está na mesma fila de pessoas que pagaram R$ 6,00 na passagem, não vendo sentido algum no serviço contratado. As vans disponibilizadas não tem ar condicionado, algumas muito velhas, sem o mínimo de segurança. O ônibus utilizado no trecho terrestre é sujo e com mal cheiro. A lancha rápida utilizada entre Valença e morro é contratada dos nativos, a primeira que aparece é utilizada, independente da condição de segurança e conforto que ela oferecer, sem padrão algum. Em resumo, se for por conta própria você gastará bem menos e não ficara preso nos horários deles, o que faz com que o translado demore até 7 horas, mas vendem um tempo de 3 horas. Enfim, FUJAM DESSA FURADA !!!!!!! AResposta da empresa é o resumo do serviço, muita propaganda e pouca efetividade. EM RESUMO, SE VOCÊS QUISEREM PAGAR R$ 200,00 PARA ENFRENTAR FILAS DE 2 HORAS DEBAIXO DE SOL, ANDAR EM BARCOS PÚBLICOS LOTADOS, QUASE MORRER PISOTEADO EM EMPURRA EMPURRA PARA ENTRAREM , SER TRANSPORTADOS POR VANS VELHAS, SEM SEGURANÇA E SEM CONFORTO, ÔNIBUS SEM HIGIENE É SÓ CONTRATAR O SERVIÇO DESTA EMPRESA, QUE NO FUNDO, ELA VAI TE VENDER UM PACOTE E PASSAR A RESPONSABILIDADE PARA OUTRA EMPRESA, QUE NÃO PERDE EM NADA NO QUESITO INCOPETÊNCIA. E PARA FINALIZAR, AINDA NÃO VÃO EMITIR A NOTA FISCAL DO SERVIÇO PRESTADO.
A empresa NÃO CUMPRE HORÁRIOS. Te deixa em filas quilométricas por horas, embaixo do sol, em aglomerações e total desorganização. Isso tudo porque utiliza transportes públicos (barcos), vans e ônibus velhos, sem ar condicionado e super lotados. O transfer Salvador x Morro de São Paulo é furada. Atrasaram meu transfer em 2h. Além disso, a empresa se esquiva de toda a responsabilidade o tempo todo, oferencendo serviços precários. Não caia nessa!
