Serviço terrível. Eu e meu marido contratamos para fazer o traslado de SSA até Morro de São Paulo. No semi terrestre, pagamos por volta de R$900. Na hora de cobrar e vender, são atenciosos e responsivos. Na hora de atender o cliente com dúvidas, simplesmente somem e não respondem. Mandei mais de 70 mensagens no Whatsapp para ajustar minha volta por um imprevisto, e simplesmente fui ignorada. No dia seguinte, quando enfim achei outro número e consegui falar com uma pessoa, que não tinha informações básicas sobre minha reserva. Terrível. Não indico para absolutamente ninguém!

Translado saindo do Iberostar para o aeroporto. Motorista se recusou a diminuir a velocidade. Estávamos com 2 bebês na van e 4 pessoas (incluindo os bebês) passando mal na estrada. Nas palavras do motorista "estou na velocidade permitida pela empresa". Ele somente diminui a velocidade pois a velocidade permitida na pista reduziu.
