We paid for the full service from Salvador Airport to Morro de São Paulo. We got off to a bad start, with a 40-minute delay. On the way back, we were informed that the service would be changed to the land-sea service (a cheaper service), which would increase the transfer time. Additionally, we were charged a fee for using the dock (supposedly, you pay for the full service, including taxes). To top it all off, the new service was delayed by five hours, compared to the 2.5-hour transfer we had booked. I do not recommend this service at all; the operator's responses were also unsatisfactory.
