Cabo da Roca is an iconic and must-visit spot in Portugal. Standing at the westernmost point of mainland Europe feels truly special, and the famous Cabo da Roca sign marking this point is a great photo opportunity. The dramatic cliffs, vast Atlantic Ocean, and open landscape create a powerful and unforgettable view. The sunset viewpoint here is absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sun slowly set into the Atlantic with strong ocean winds and golden-orange skies is an incredible experience. The atmosphere feels peaceful yet dramatic at the same time, making it one of the best sunset spots near Lisbon and Sintra. Overall, Cabo da Roca offers stunning natural beauty, memorable photos, and an unforgettable sunset experience. Highly recommended—especially in the evening.

The atmosphere at Seaside Haven is simply magical. The décor is rustic and charming, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. As we settled into our seats, we were greeted by the sound of waves and the gentle breeze carrying the salty sea air. The highlight, of course, was the view—the sun setting over the horizon painted the sky in hues of orange, pink, and purple stunning 💖💖💖Each and every moment sky changes its color in new mood the sound of the waves make you nostalgic. I am really amazed to visit this free zem near the City

The scenery at Cabo da Roca was beautiful — the ocean views are incredibly wide and perfect for photos. However, the wind is extremely strong, so I could only stay for about 15–20 minutes. I also bought a “Westernmost Point of Europe” certificate from the visitor centre for EUR 11 as a souvenir. We took a Bolt from the Park and Palace of Monserrate to get here. It cost only EUR 8.41 and the car arrived within 5 minutes, which was very convenient. Highly recommended. On a side note, after leaving Cabo da Roca, we headed to Boca do Inferno. We also took a Bolt, which cost EUR 11.16, and the car arrived in about 5 minutes — very convenient.

Absolutely stunning - the edge of Europe; where the land ends and the sea begins. But need to come in a sunny day, even so it’s super windy. Got a number of trails nearby to explore. Bus comes every hour but taking Uber is more convenient. Need to pay 50c for toilet and credit card is accepted!

It’s so gorgeous. The best views of my life. Luckiest guy to come in such a good weather, no single cloud. Also not many tourists as it’s usual in kind of touristic places
