We booked a transfer from Tirana airport to Theth. Departure time was 5:30 am (we had barely slept a couple of hours). The address on the ticket was unfortunately not correct. We tried contacting the organisation after waiting there for 45 minutes. I somehow reached the bus company, who got mad at us for being in the wrong spot then asking us to run to the actual address which was over a kilometer away. In the end they picked us up on the way there and we got to Theth uneventfully. The bus driver was very angry at us, but we were really frustrated and tired because it was not our fault. Please communicate better about the pickup spot! We were not the only people who were late because of this...
