We booked a stay in Tirana, it was just in peak summer time with 35 degrees. Ervis waited for us, even with delays, where we did not know when we arrive. The delay was 2h, but we were still greeted with a big smile! The accommodation was amazing, a real shower, where the bath is not flooded. A hair dryer even with diffusor and a very comfortable bed with great mattress - let’s not forget the amazing view and the central location. Ervis answered immediately and gave us recommendations! We had a wonderful experience with this tour company. Our guide and driver, Ilir, was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly competent. I learned a great deal about the rich history of Albania as we visited several UNESCO World Heritage sites. Albania is a beautiful country, and this tour gave us a fantastic introduction to its culture and landscapes. I enjoyed the company of my fellow travelers from Australia and New Zealand too.
