John was prompt in confirming the tour details, and he did an amazing job on providing updates. I was looking forward to our day tour around St Lucia and Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park however, the operator running the tour on behalf were in my personal opinion not the best I have experienced. I had expressed my interest for an upgrade to open vehicle drive but only to a small size car with standard view and can’t go off the main road in the park due to rain and mud. Furthermore, if you can’t differentiate a rock from a rhino from far distance, please don’t say that it’s a rhino. I think any tour should be run in the best interest of the customers and ensuring a memorable experience for them, hence I may have an higher expectation for this. Nonetheless, I appreciate we wrapped up the day tour safe and sound.

Had an amazing experience, we didn’t book in advance but the guy who I spoke to was very gracious and gave us a slot and our tourguide was amazing, very knowledgeable about the animals and where we would mostly find them.
Durban Big 5 Safari We had an awesome time on our Big5 safari with guide Paul. Booking was fast and replies were always in a timely manner! We visited Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park and saw four of the Big5. A great day out with Durban Safaris!
