We have limited availability, so be sure to reserve your spot online to guarantee service. The online booking form is designed to streamline your check-in and check-out experience. We will ask for your contact information, a brief description of your bike, the issues it is experiencing, and credit card details at the time of booking. Payment is collected when you book, and if you need to cancel, we will issue a full refund. On your scheduled community service day, please bring your bike to our central repair location. While all participants share the same start time, we are able to handle check-ins efficiently so that every bike is assessed promptly.
Once you arrive, our mechanics will review the booking information and inspect your bike together with you. Any adjustments to the agreed-upon repairs or costs will be communicated, and your credit card will be updated accordingly. After the work is complete, the mechanics will contact you when your bike is ready for pick-up, ensuring same-day service. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to call us. We aim to make the process simple, quick, and convenient so you can get your bike back in perfect working order without delays.

Our building experience with Pulte has been absolutely wonderful from the beginning when we signed our contract, all the way through until today (our one year anniversary!) Customer Service/Communication has been excellent! They build a great quality home as well!
Sloppy construction everywhere: crooked walls, doors that don’t close, bad trim, messy painting, and caulking that looks like a joke. Add dead sod, flooding, broken sprinklers, and a warranty team that disappears — and that’s life in a Pulte home. Buyer beware.
I am so impressed by my home buying experience with Pulte. I cannot think of one thing that did not exceed my expectations. I've never worked with such an organized and friendly operation. I used all their services (mortgage, title, insurance, etc.) and it was all seamless and effortless. I was walked through every step of the way. Their technology is amazing... through the portals you can see the status of everything. You even get photo updates of the construction progress. Our construction manager, Tommy V. was incredible. You would have thought he personally owns the company. He went above and beyond from the beginning to end.. and then even after closing. Always prompt and courteous and so knowledgeable. Thank you Pulte team for making this such a wonderful experience.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Pulte Homes! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredible team we had the pleasure of working with. I am delighted with my new Pulte home! The detail of workmanship is incredible! They were meticulously thinking of every comfort ~ the comfort height counters in kitchen & bathrooms, slow close cabinets & drawers, way too many upgrades mention.
