I absolutely loved this tequila tasting experience! Jasmina was an incredible instructor — super knowledgeable, engaging, and made the whole session both fun and educational. I learned so much about the history, flavor profiles, and proper tasting techniques for tequila. The atmosphere was relaxed, the presentation was spot on, and the tequilas we tried were top-quality. Jasmina’s passion for what she does really came through and made it an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this class to anyone visiting — you’ll walk away with a new appreciation for tequila!

Jasmine was a brilliant host for the Cancun Tequila Tasting! I would highly recommend this experience and Jasmine as a host! She is warm and welcoming with a bubbly personality and her knowledge of tequila is exceptional!
Today turned out to be extremely rainy so we decided to do the Tequila Tasting at the Lighthouse Restaurant. Sergio was our Tequila Master. It was just us 2 (+ Sergio) that decided to brave the rains. It was a ton of fun. We learned a lot. Sergio was super funny and easy-going. Tequila was quite smooth. Kells is more of a tequila fan than Nals. But this tasting ignited the flame for Nals. Lighthouse food and service was wonderful, near the lagoon. We had guac, salsa, chips, salsa (and a delightfully hot sauce) to nibble on, followed by a med spicy shrimp & fish ceviche on tostada and then and tacos al pastor. Creme brulée dessert sounded like a divine end but we can't do dairy. Lighthouse was excellent about offering GF and dairy free option with the meal. Everything was fresh and well seasoned. We'd do this again. You should give it a go!
