Amazing experience. We had the whole cenote for ourselves. Staff is very kind and speaks English. For 250 pesos you have locker and life jacket. There is also zip line for free to use inside the cenote. The facilities are new and tidy. Great access - just outside the centre of Valladolid, reachable by foot.

I was really disappointed by this cenote. While the place itself is beautiful, I can’t support how they treat animals here. They keep a huge macaw (parrot) as a pet and hand it to tourists just for photos. It’s sad to see such a magnificent wild bird being used as a photo prop instead of living freely. I came to enjoy nature, not to see it exploited for tourism.

Very modern facilities! The lockers and showers are amazing 👍. The cenote itself is deep and large with plenty of places to jump in and a zip wire! There were bats flying around overhead too - gorgeous!

Everything is new and in wonderful condition. Clean changing rooms and bathrooms. Lockera are a separate charge. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Went on a Sunday afternoon and only a few people were there Zipline is a must. Only warning, drinks are ridiculously over priced

While staying in Valladolid, we wanted to explore a cenote nearby, and locals recommended Noolha Cenote. I’m so glad we listened — it turned out to be the perfect refreshing stop after a hot day at the ruins. The cenote is right on the edge of the city, easy to reach, and very reasonably priced (250 pesos for adults, 200 for children). The fee includes a locker and a mandatory life jacket — required for everyone since the cenote is very deep (around 40 meters). Inside the cave, there’s a platform for jumping into the water and even a zip line (available for visitors 15+), which adds to the fun. Outside, you’ll find a café with drinks, snacks, and ice cream, plus a hammock area where you can relax after swimming. There’s also a tequila tasting table on site, though I didn’t try it myself. Overall, this cenote is well-organized, refreshing, and a lot of fun. I’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re in Valladolid!
