We were told to wait outside our hotel for pickup and they never showed up to pick my family up. I can not get in contact with anyone from this team. THIS IS A SCAM😡

Pickup time was changed without our knowledge and they never showed up. I've emailed but not heard anything. Complete scam would not recommend.

We booked this for today, they never showed up and we waited over an hour. Trying to get our money back. Don’t book. I called multiple times and no one answered I also emailed and tried to contact them on instagram and nothing.

We booked a tour to see two cenotes and we only had about 25 minutes in each.. we also weren’t allowed to bring our phones into them and therefore didn’t have any personal photos of the experience. Luckily there’s a “photographer” to take pictures of you… for $75 USD+… (two people.. it was more for families). There is no reason why you couldn’t bring your phone other than they see a way to make more $ off of you. The people running it were very nice, don’t get me wrong, but they also ask for tips nearly constantly.

I booked this tour during a birthday trip to Cancun. While fun was eventually had, all events leading up to the fun were not good. Our driver was late picking us up from our hotel, we thought perhaps due to picking up other passengers but no...we were the only resort pick up. We drove for about 30 minutes in silence (neither driver or front seat passenger spoke to us) then he pulls into a sketchy looking gas station and got no gas. We then drive another 10 minutes and stopped at another strip mall looking place where 3 women got in (2 of which worked there). After they got in, some guy hops in and proceeds to tell my friend and I "don't worry, this is safe..." which made us immediately feel unsafe. He basically explained that since it rained earlier we couldn't Zipline. And because THEY were late, we basically had to rush through our tour in 45 minutes or wait for the next tour to leave. We finally made it to the destination and it was explained again how we can rush or wait but after inquiring further, turns out we had no choice because we had to leave when the other woman with us was ready to go since we all arrived together. Silly stuff. But the Cenotes were beautiful and the ATVs were fun. We got hustled for pictures but it's all good.
