Wedding anniversary gift: spa experience (sauna, Turkish bath, hot and cold water pools, infinity pool with hydromassage in all positions, sitting, lying on a sunbed submerged just below the water level, standing, water fountain on your back, a little swimming...) done it all, enjoyed every single minute... then a relaxation bed with a screen projecting hypnotic images of waves and sunsets, and a herbal tea in hand, what more could you ask for? A lovely couples massage with oil and hot stones, gentle hands loosening your muscles and pressing on your skin, releasing all your worries along with the last of your resistances. An intoxicating experience, many compliments!!
A sensational experience! I chose the 3-hour package to relax and I enjoyed the place so much that I wish I had discovered it sooner! The staff is very attentive and courteous, the spa is very clean. The pool is very pleasant, the sauna and steam room are very hot. Special mention for the salt wall and the view on the giant screen which shows very soothing videos of the snow-capped mountains! This is where I will book my room next time. I highly recommend it!
We visited the private SPA3 twice for three hours of complete relaxation. The facility is beautiful and welcoming. The first time, the girl who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful. The second time, the receptionist was more formal but equally helpful, even when the hot tub broke and she couldn't fix it. Without panicking, she resolved the issue by giving us access to the beautiful shared spa next door, which was unoccupied at the time, and from which we could see the outdoor garden with pool. It's an ill wind that blows nobody any good. We'll definitely be back.
Brand new facility with all the amenities. The complimentary toiletries included with admission were greatly appreciated. We only had a two-hour stay, but three hours were also very enjoyable. Perfect for those seeking relaxation without too many people (there were six of us in the entire facility). The price was reasonable for the quality of service. The receptionists were very friendly. A wonderful experience, highly recommended and definitely worth repeating.
Just wow, new facilities, it doesn't get too crowded as there are limited spaces available. Highly recommended if you are in the area
