Great experience overall, and Argentina, the guide, was amazing! The only downside was that the visit to Como felt too short, which is a shame because the city really deserves more time. On the other hand, the visit to Lugano was a bit too long and scheduled too late in the day, when everyone was already tired. Still, it was a beautiful excursion that we definitely recommend!

Completed the 60km e-bike tour with Marco as our guide. While he was personable, his approach was poorly suited to a guided scenic experience. The pace was consistently excessive—far beyond the comfort level of most participants—and his preoccupation with time and distance completely undermined the enjoyment of the ride. There were no scheduled stops for photos, no commentary about local history or culture, and no effort to share insight into the beautiful regions we passed through. Marco appeared unaware of how special these surroundings are for visitors who may never return here again in their lifetime. When riders fell behind or struggled with gears on inclines, his responses were impatient and dismissive. In short, his style was the opposite of what one expects from a scenic tour guide. The route itself was stunning, but the experience favored endurance cyclists over travelers seeking relaxation or local perspective. Heavy traffic sections further detracted from any chance to safely appreciate the scenery. This tour could have been exceptional had the guide prioritized quality and engagement over speed and mileage. Unless you are an experienced cyclist looking for a physically demanding ride rather than a cultural or scenic one, I would recommend choosing a different guide.

The Siena tour was very well organized. We saw the best sights with live commentary from the amazing Constantino, who wove together interesting facts with funny annekdotes and jokes. Really enjoyed our full day program from start to finish!
