I recently attended a pasta and pizza-making class, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about Italian cuisine, which made the experience even more engaging. We started with fresh pasta, learning how to mix the ingredients and knead the dough to perfection. It was fascinating to see how simple ingredients could transform into such a delicious meal. The hands-on approach allowed everyone to get involved, and the instructor provided helpful tips along the way. Next up was the pizza-making segment, where we crafted our own dough and experimented with various toppings. It was fun to get creative with flavors, and the instructor encouraged us to try combinations we might not have considered. The best part We got to enjoy our creations at the end of the class! The taste of the freshly made pasta and pizza was unmatched. Overall, this class was not just about cooking; it was about enjoying the process and sharing a love for food with others. I left feeling inspired and eager to recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their culinary skills!

10.18.25 Horrible.experience. Run down place, dirty with mice, and nothing like the description. We made two pastas and a pizza, sauce was watery and tasteless and we didn't make cacio de pepe as described. There were 4oz plastic cups with wine from a generic jug that tasted bad. The train station pick up by people in dirty clothes and vehicles that were old, damaged and dirty was the first sign. Do not go! We ate off plastic plates and sporks and wore plastic aprons. No redeeming value here. One member of the Ponski party of last night

Amazing class, the teacher was so funny, informative, and kind!! No problems understanding her/any of her team as an English speaker! Food was DELICIOUS!! We would recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make pasta or pizza!!

What fantastic experience to have while in Rome! We look for the more intimate and fun experiences and this was not a disappointment. The instructions were both helpful and fun and it was great getting to learn with people from all over. The only thing I might change would be a quick 2 minutes around the table in the beginning to hear everyone's name/location. I would absolutely recommend booking this fabulous experience!!

Our chef (Emilio?) and driver (pamela?) were the BEST. Emilio explained EVERYTHING, from the type of flour and techniques to making pasta to the regional differences in how pizza is made in Rome vs Naples. I LOVED this class and would recommend it to anyone!
Sandra

Great experience and lovely night activity! Loved to learn something new about dishes, we think we know so well (to eat and enjoy, yes - but how to prepare it in the right way, still new things so pick up), meet new cool travelers, tasting our self-made pasta and pizza and enjoying wine the whole time! Grazie mille!

It’s was AMAZING!! Had a great time making fresh pasta & pizza!

Absolutely just amazing. Nothing more or nothing less. The team there were superb and the instructors were just perfect. Even though I had some experience in making pizza this was just perfect. The scenery outside of Rome surrounded by olive trees. So If you’re going to Rome and want’s an experience beyond the normal, you should attend this pizza and pasta school. It has my full recommendation.

An excellent experience for our school group of 30. The students really enjoyed the experience, and we have lots of positive feedback from the parents. Good balance of theory/practice, and all students loved their pizzas. Free water (and wine, for teachers) much appreciated, and delicious tiramisu for dessert. The event was well-staffed, and everything ran smoothly. Thank you very much, Giuseppe and team!!

For starters, the food was incredible. Definitely the best meal we had on our trip to Italy. But on top of that, the staff at Rome Pasta and Pizza School is incredible. My cousin and I had a train to catch and were worried about missing it due to the time of our class, but Giuseppe moved our reservation to the earlier slot AND had Francesca drive us personally to the metro station just to make sure we still made it and weren't too stressed out. We will definitely be back to Rome, possibly just for this class, seriously the food was that good! I would recommend this to anyone who is wanting to meet amazing people while making amazing food in the best city in the world! I will be sending all my family and friends to Giuseppe and the entire staff!
