Several days ago me and my friends from Ukraine had a fantastic to Masada and the Dead sea. It was really amazing! We had a vey bad experience with Ido Kappach and one of his employees Albion’s. We book a tour to the Dead Sea with Albion’s. We were given a voucher and instructed to go to a bus stop. In Itzak Karin street. The employees asked us if we know Russian language and the communicate with Russian text messages. We received a message that the Atlantis bid is going to be delayed 10 min. Their bus never came.They sent another text tat s taxi number 360 is coming. The taxi never came. I called them several times and finally they outright lied that we were not at the bus stop. They were so arrogant ruined the trip and ffinally they refused to give us a.refund. I had to call the police and our bank and they gave the refund. Shameless crooks and the manager was insulting us. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
We boght a tour to Petra with them. Ido, the agent, was very polite and we trusted him. Little did we know we were scamed. The quality of services was extremely bad, the driver to Petra was falling asleep as he was driving and the tour guide was terrible, the hotel had mold. We had to pay again for another hotel because in the original one had no security. He promised a lot and never got what we payed for.
