Absolutely outstanding service by the three ladies at the X-ray reception, to the two ciaras and Jackie, what incredible work yous do by making patients feel so welcome and at home with a cup of tea and a biscuit, keep it up ladies that’s I call customer service, as for the hospital it’s to the highest standard of health and safety.
I visited the hospital for MRI on March 28. Today is April 15th and there is still no result. It is impossible to reach them by phone. There is an emergency and this is a human health issue. As a hospital, human health should be the first rule, but it is a hospital that has nothing to do with human health. A new baby is born in such a long time, you should quit this job.
Recently done my Aeromedical exams there and the staff was simply fabulous, despite the large number of people doing it altogether. Kudos to everyone, specially Mrs. Mary who was doing an amazing job organizing the patients
