The PER motor practical course is an essential training program designed for anyone seeking the Recreational Craft Skipper qualification. This course provides hands-on experience and ensures that students acquire the necessary skills to navigate safely and confidently. During the practical sessions, participants learn to operate motorboats efficiently, practice essential safety maneuvers, and gain confidence in handling vessels both during the day and at night. Completing this course is mandatory to obtain the PER license, and it also forms the foundation for advanced navigation endorsements, including extended sailing to larger boats and routes to the Balearic Islands. The course can be completed flexibly, either in several shorter sessions or as an intensive single session, according to the participant’s preference. Throughout the training, instructors provide personalized guidance to ensure a thorough understanding of boat handling and navigation principles. By the end of the program, students will be well-prepared to operate recreational boats safely and effectively, supported by professional supervision and comprehensive practical experience.

The nautical school is highly recommended. The staff is excellent: friendly, approachable, and always attentive, which generates a lot of trust and makes learning much easier. The only drawback is that the space is a bit claustrophobic, although they more than make up for it with the quality of people and personalized attention they offer.
Jaime

A very good school, with experienced teachers and many study facilities. There are many schedule options and ways to earn your qualification. The internships have also been very positive. Special mention to Miguel Ángel for the short-range radio operator program and Juan Carlos for the navigation program in Alicante. If I ever decide to pursue further or obtain the next qualification, I'll do it with you. Thank you all very much.

I enrolled in the online PER course with CENáutica this year, and the experience has been excellent! It's a Madrid-based school with a long tradition and a very good track record. The administrative team and instructors are all very friendly, passionate about sailing, and, above all, very responsive: they do everything they can to adapt to your needs. They offer a wide range of resources through both the nautical school and the Skippers' Club, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare for the exam with confidence. Highly recommended, and with very competitive prices.

I learned a lot with Fernando in class. The experience is highly recommended. The personalized treatment that the school provides to the students is superior. The internship in Alicante was amazing. I have already recommended it to several friends. Thank you Cenautica for everything. See you in the seas

I can say that my experience with Cenáutica has been mostly positive. If I have to thank anyone in particular, it's my professor, Bartolomé, who was a great teacher and always available. He even offered to give extra support classes when we were a little behind on the syllabus. He always made sure that we not only passed the exam by rote learning but also that we learned and understood the concepts. The radio practice teacher and the boat practice teacher in Seville were also excellent. As for the teachers, everything was great, very kind and eager to teach. Thanks to all of them, I can now force people to call me Don Patrón.
