Really recommend this bike rental store! Very convenient and close to stanley park. Have varieties of bikes to choose from. Very comfortable bikes. On top of everything, their employee treated us like their own family. Their kind advise made the day a memorable adventure for us. Will definitely go back to the same bike rental. Thank you Majeed!

Excellent service provided by Adrian. Picked up and dropped off from hotel. He went through some basic training prior to tour for those who haven't been on an e-bike before. Pace was good. Knowledgeable information about Vancouver. Stops along the way for restrooms. Whole experience was made easy and very enjoyable.
Bethany

Highly recommend! Adrian was a brilliant tour guide! Thanks for a great day!

Majid is the best! Honest, friendly and efficient. We bring our e-bikes for maintenance and repair and have never had to worry. Hard to come by this kind of service these days!! Thank you!

Fabulous tour. This was our favorite thing in Vancouver, and I would highly recommend it. What a beautiful way to see and learn about the city.

The tour was so much fun, and Adrian was the perfect guide. We got to explore parts of Vancouver that we had not seen before, all while learning about the architecture and history of the neighborhoods that we visited. The e-bikes were top notch, and it made the experience even more fun as we got in a few hours of exercise while enjoying a pleasant ride around the west parts of Vancouver. A great tour with a knowledgeable guide. Would definitely do again, and would highly recommend.

I really liked the tour! It gives a great overview about Stanley Park. Adrian is very kind and helpful. The group size is familiar and you can see that Adrian enjoys the tours and enjoys doing them and that it is not an obligation for him. The car and bikes were very clean.

My son and I visiting Vancouver and were determined to see the Stanley Park at a leisurely pace. Went to Jo-e and was greeted by an Irish lassie whose exuberance was contagious; great way to start the trek. She explained the pricing, fitted us with helmets and armed us with a map and an explanation of the various trails in the park. They brought the bikes about and explained how the bike locks work (in case you want to stop and enjoy the scenery), some instruction on how to operate the vehicle, and away we went. It really was a lovely way to see the park. I highly recommend Jo-e! Things to note: *Parking is scarce. There is a public garage down the alley, but it was closed. A very small Park Mobile lot is tucked away in the same alley so we squeezed into a space. *Make sure you understand how to employ the e-bike boost. If unsure, ask. *I overshot on the return and got a bit lost. Hard to navigate back using the phone while on a bike, so make certain you know how to navigate back. *Owner was very gracious, and sincere.

The service was great and the people were really nice and friendly. My friends and I have rented bicycles twice and both times they have been great. They really helped my friend who was trying an e-scooter for the first time.
