Came across this tour company on Google maps, and it did not disappoint!! Rafal (the owner) was super helpful and very communicative (even when I made plans 6 months in advance!) We had 3 different trips planned and our driver, Pawel, was outstanding! He was very friendly and funny. He took us to some great spots during our trips, and he was very knowledgeable. Prime Tours definitely goes above and beyond!

Highly recommend Prime Tours Krakow! Rafal & Thomas are absolutely 100% reliable, on-time, professional and a pleasure to be with. We arranged the following in advance via email: 1. Airport transfer to our hotel Bachleda (which is superb). 2. Full day private car service for Auschwitz ( a must do). One of their team, Martin, was wonderful to be with for the day, sharing stories of his relatives in the Resistance WWII and two surviving the horrors of Auschwitz. 3. Transfer from our hotel to Krakow train station, Thomas took us directly to the correct platform for our train to Wroclaw. 4. Transfer from Krakow train station to airport. Rafal was on the platform meeting us at our train car as we stepped off the train! He quickly got us out and on our way for our departing flight. All are fluent in English, very knowledgeable, and all around great people. Communications via email & text work perfectly eliminating any concerns. Book whatever you need with Prime Tours Krakow!
