It is my first time visiting, and I am very very impressed! First, by the size of the complex as a whole- it is huge! Second, by how modernly beautiful, yet old- timey it looks. Third, there is everything you need- lots of parking spots, vast outdoor area, children playgrounds, a few restaurants and 2 spa centers! The attitude of every staff member we encountered is commendable! They are positive, kind, ready to help and genuine! All in all I felt it was a real 5 star vacation for me, although the only thing I did not like was the peacocks which are roaming free, not fazed at cars at all,

The room was quite nice and clean. The staff was always super friendly. We had breakfast included with the room and it had a lot of different things to try out. Everything was extremely spacious with beautiful woodwork everywhere.

Always happy to go back to this place! :) Great location, close to several small rich in history towns, well maintained lovely garden, tasty food (hats off to the restaurant manager and the chef), nice wine tour and wine tasting options to choose from, comfortable spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, great variety on the SPA menu... It's also pet friendly and the surroundings are great for walks. Definitely, adding the new outdoor pools at hotel Starosel has played a big role when it comes to distributing the guests between the two parts of the complex.
