I cannot recommend this tour enough! We went to Plovdiv and got back the same day — it was such a smooth, enjoyable, and insightful trip. The city is absolutely stunning, full of history, beautiful architecture, and lively streets. What really stood out to me, though, was the amazing customer service. On the day of my original booking, there was an unexpected delay with the taxi I took to the meeting point, and I unfortunately missed the bus. I was so upset, but Ivan was incredibly kind and understanding — he arranged for me to join the tour the next day at no extra cost. I was so grateful for this gesture and the professionalism shown! The tour itself was very well organized, just as other reviews mentioned. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Bulgarian history. We explored the impressive Roman ruins, admired the unique Bulgarian Revival architecture, and even strolled along Europe’s longest pedestrian street.

Was well worth it I didn't have to drive, the bus was clean, cool, and on time The tour guide in Plovdiv she did a terrific job. It was 39 degrees, and she kept her cool. Was very educational without being boring. The driver was very safe and calm

Day trip to Plovdiv guided by Sonya was an excellent way to discover the ancient history of one of the 6 oldest cities of Europe. Plovdiv has been influenced by many nations, notably the Ottamon empire and, of course communists. Apparently, it was built on 7 hills, 6 of which remain as one was used on the development of new roadways, etc. Similar to Rome. The Roman remains are evident in the amphitheatre, which has stood the test of time. Our time was spent I old town. The development of homes became popular as people acquired wealth. Women had to keep safe and special lookout houses were dotted here a d there.
