As a group of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids), it can be difficult to decide where to travel. We are so happy we made the decision to travel to Romania and we’re even happier with booking the trip through Compass Travel Romania. There are different tours to choose from; we selected The Highlights of Transylvania. We visited cities and towns such as Bucharest, Sibiu, Brasov, Sighisoara, and Zarnesti. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing George is as a tour guide. He is knowledgeable, personable, and quick with a wry joke. He answered our incessant questions, made recommendations for when we had free time, and the children absolutely adored him. I absolutely recommend Compass Travel Romania/Tours Of Romania. This was a trip of a lifetime and I am glad we chose them. It was the best option for our family and friends. Thank you, Andrei (Managing Partner) and George (our daughter still asks about you and she says hi!) You made our time in Romania magical.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time during our tour. We went on an 11 day tour of the country and we travelled with kids ages 9-15 and grandparents. Our driver, Marian and guide, George, were amazing and always very attentive to our needs. They were able to accommodate itinerary changes based on weather, us visiting relatives and open/closing times of attractions. We highly recommend traveling with them!!
