€35 lost. Nacis, the tour guide, is an aggressive, rude person with poor responses. We spent 8 hours in a car and 40 minutes to see each site. We filed a complaint with the company, and they only told us they'd investigate what happened and nothing more. Those of us who had a very bad experience because of the driver and tour guide were really looking forward to a great day trip in Transylvania, and he ruined everything.

Hello, good afternoon. I have to complain about your tour guide, Narcis. The first time we met, we greeted him very kindly. The man asked me for my name (I don't speak English well). I was focused on giving him the code you sent me. I was looking for it when Narcis immediately yelled at me, "Ma'am, your name." I froze because not even my mother yelled at me. We started the tour, and my boyfriend asked if he could stop to buy some cigarettes. He yelled again that we couldn't leave the tour. My boyfriend said, "Okay, it was just a question." He said, "We're going to stop for a pee for 5 minutes. Excuse me? I can't go 100 meters to buy cigarettes while the group is peeing. He continued yelling and speaking badly. My boyfriend told him to speak to him respectfully. He said he spoke badly to me this morning too, since I don't understand much English. His response: "It's not my problem that I took the tour in Italian." He yelled everything rudely, in front of everyone. This tour was a disaster. An unpleasant experience.

My friend and I went on the Peles Castle, Bran Castle, and Brasov trip. Our guide was Sergui. What a fantastic guide he is. Unfortunately, Peles Castle was undergoing some renovations and had scaffolding outside. This meant we couldn't fully appreciate the building. There was a bit of a queue to get in, but we were given our free time at the start whilst Sergui waited in the queue. Sergui gave the tour round the first floor of the castle, and it was very informative and interesting. Our next stop was at Bran Castle, due to it being a castle with smaller rooms and narrower passages were left to go round this ourselves, although Sergui did give us some information before arriving. It's very different to Peles, but equally interesting. Our last stop was the Christmas market at Brasov. We only had an hour and a half, so we didn't get to explore much, but we enjoyed the atmosphere at the market and would definitely come back here separately at some point. The main downside to this trip is the 3+ hour bus journey back to Bucharest. Apart from that, I can't recommend it enough, especially if you get a knowledgeable, helpful guide like Sergui.
