We enhanced our stay in San Gimignano with a cooking class conducted by Fulvio at his home. We were with two other couples and scheduled an advanced evening class. Fulvio is hospitable and welcoming, and took his time to teach us how to make different pastas and sauces. We were able to make the dough, roll and form the pasta, chop and dice things for the sauces. We also made a chicken saltimbocca for dinner as well. Each one of us took part in preparing what was our dinner. Very interactive. Not only did we enjoy the pastas and sauces, we also had bruschetta, panzanella salad and biscotti dipped in vinsano for dessert. We loved our time with Fulvio, he was so warm and genuine and funny. We also enjoyed meeting other couples traveling in Tuscany and got along well. I highly recommend learning to cook with Fulvio in his rustic Tuscan home.

We came to the cooking class with Fulvio. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the class was private and not in a small group. Fulvio's English was excellent, in addition to cooking we also learned a lot about Tuscan cuisine and its dishes. We really enjoyed cooking and eating everything that came out. Three and a half hours of an excellent experience.

What an absolutely AMAZING experience!!! 🌟 This cooking class in Tuscany was a dream come true!!! The instructor was FABULOUS — he simplified everything, explained it so clearly, and his English was excellent!!! We cooked with the freshest farm-to-table ingredients straight from the countryside, and every dish was bursting with authentic Tuscan flavor!!! 🍅🥖🍷 The recipes he shared with us to take home are such a gift — I can’t wait to recreate them in my own kitchen!!! To top it all off, I got to share this unforgettable day with my best friend and my sister at the most beautiful farm tucked away in the rolling hills of Tuscany!!!
