We went last week with six adults and four kids ages 3-8. The tram ride was beautiful even in the rain, and we saw monkeys from the trees. A few of our party zip lined and said the zip line guide was exceptional and friendly. The frogs, snakes, orchids, and butterflies are pretty but the exhibits are very small. Skip the restaurant on site - it took forever and the food was truly awful! Overall, we enjoyed getting to see the rainforest from above, but felt this experience was very overpriced for what was offered.

Truly a great experience. Best zip line if you were staying in San Jose easy access beautiful roads there and traffic is not horrible. The place was a great all-around experience. Top to bottom. The tram was awesome tranquil and get you a view of the canopy. We did see a few animals, but here the greatest part are the zip lines.Of course we went in dry season so the green beauty of the rainforest was not at its full however if this is the time you come to Costa Rica, definitely hit this place for a great fun filled day, adventure

Loved the tram! Do NOT use their transportation! There were six of us and at almost $40 a person that comes to nearly $240. What should have been a ONE hour ride there became a THREE hour excursion because we had to pick up 1 single person in the opposite direction of the park. It made no sense. When we mentioned this to the people “in charge” when we were leaving they said too bad and that we hadn’t paid for a private shuttle. We ended up getting out in downtown San Jose and Ubering to our hotel to save ourselves an hour going home.
