Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to collect physical tickets from will-call, as they are required for boarding. Children must remain with an accompanying adult, and infants should be carried, as strollers and car seats are not permitted on the train. While every effort is made to maintain the schedule, train operations and equipment may occasionally change, and any additional handouts are available while supplies last.
