Reykjavík Puffin Adventure Offers Close Encounters with Iceland’s Coastal Wildlife

When conditions allow, the engines are switched off so visitors and birds can enjoy the peaceful surroundings with minimal disturbance.

Before departure, guests check in at the Old Harbour ticket office, complete the required safety waiver, and receive warm overalls, goggles, and safety equipment. Once onboard, an experienced captain and naturalist guide provide information about the puffins, seabirds, and marine environment, sharing fascinating stories that bring Iceland’s coastal ecosystem to life.

After an unforgettable wildlife experience, the tour returns to the Old Harbour with guests enjoying a unique view of Reykjavík’s waterfront and skyline along the way.
